The Old Pool House is a single storey self catering cottage in the heart of the Cotswold countryside situated on the edge of the quiet village of Sevenhampton and Brockhampton near Cheltenham.

With its 12th century church and charming ford,Sevenhampton is all you would want from a Cotswold village.

Situated in the north Cotswolds, The Old Pool House is within easy reach of Winchcombe, Cheltenham, Northleach, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Cirencester, and is perfectly positioned as a base to explore all that the region has to offer.

Surrounded by hilly farmland, there are numerous beautiful scenic circular walks from the door.

The Old Pool House is very close to Cleve Common , The Cotswold Way, Belas Knap Long Barrow,a neolithic, chambered long barrow situated on Cleeve Hill, near Cheltenham and Winchcombe amongst many other nearby attractions..One can also enjoy the spectacular views of the English countryside from the property itself.

Day trips to Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Stratford-upon-Avon, The Forest of Dean and Cardiff are all easily achievable.

For Cyclists The Old Pool House is situated on the National Cycle highway so in the perfect area for cycling away from the main roads.

For walkers, we are near The Saltway, an old Roman byway and The Cotswolds Way, which runs from the north of the region down to the South.

Also within a mile of the property is Cleeve Common, an area of free land which reaches over to Cheltenham.

There are numerous local walks when you can be on top of the hill within 10 minutes surrounded by wild flowers, lambs and spectacular views and often with no one about...
